Velox Synergy Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss resulting from a customer’s failure to comply with our instructions and terms.
INDEMNIFICATION
By using our services, you agree to indemnify Velox Synergy Sdn Bhd against any liability arising from damage or injury to a third party caused by your negligence or fault in adhering to our instructions or terms.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Velox Synergy Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any consequential or special loss, including loss of profit, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise. Additionally we cannot be held responsible for damage or breakages to vehicles over 10 years old or for any damage to non-original factory parts, such as car paint and body parts or body kit.
REPORTING OF DAMAGE
If you suspect any damage to your vehicle during or after washing, please notify our Manager at 012-2502774 within 12 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for damages reported beyond this timeframe.
PREVENTING ISSUES
To ensure the best care for your vehicle, kindly inform our Manager if you anticipate any issues with the above limitations. This will allow us to take the necessary precautions to prevent any potential damage or loss. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
